Preparation of Resolution, Minutes, CoR39 Change of Directors, Lodgement and Submission of CIPC CoR39 @ R250.00 each. This is for amendments up to 3 Directors. Additional R250.00 for each Director over 3. Additional R250 – R750 for amendments to Company Combined Register and Minute Book depending on the amount of directors and changes that took place.
