• Change of Shareholders – Starting from R1,000.00 – Preparation of, Resolution, Minutes, CM42 and a Share Certificate @ R250. 00 each if there is more than one shareholder to be added we charge R250 for each CM42 and Certificate. This is the rates we also charge our current clients. 
• Change of name – Starting from R750.00 – Preparation of Special Resolution to Amend Company Memorandum of Incorporation, Name Reservation, Lodgement and Submission of Name Change, Amendments to Combined Company Register and Minute Book and Supply of amended CIPC company documents to client.
• Director amendments – Starting From R1000.00 – Preparation of Resolution, Minutes, CoR39 Change of Directors, Lodgement and Submission of CIPC CoR39 @ R250.00 each. This is for amendments up to 3 Directors. Additional R250.00 for each Director over 3. Additional R250 – R750 for amendments to Company Combined Register and Minute Book depending on the amount of directors and changes that took place. Usually discussed with Keith beforehand.
